What is the CTS Portal, and what does it offer?

The CTS Portal is your central dashboard for managing deliveries. Through it, you can: Get instant quotes and book same-day deliveries Track drivers in real time Access proof of delivery (POD), proof of collection (POC), and associated documentation/photos Add and manage multiple users on your account

Do you provide nationwide coverage?

Yes — we have a nationwide network and can handle deliveries across the UK.

What happens if my delivery location is remote or difficult to access?

We assess each consignment individually. For sites without forklift access or tricky delivery conditions, we can deploy specialist vehicles like Hiab trucks or arrange manual handling as needed. We’ll plan the safest and most efficient delivery method in consultation with you.

Can I change or cancel a booking after it’s confirmed?

Changes or cancellations are possible depending on timing and stage of dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are my goods insured during transit?

Yes all our vehicles have GIT insurance. Additional or enhanced cover can be arranged for higher-value consignments if required.
